LSU ITS Help Desk – Self Service Interface

You are entering the LSU ITS Help Desk system. After clicking the link below, you will be prompted for your account information.

FOR WINDOWS 2000:

The Username should be your PAWS ID, the Password should be your PAWS password, and the Domain should be LSU.

FOR ALL OTHER SYSTEMS:

The Username should be your PAWS id entered in the form: username@lsu.edu. The Password should be your PAWS password.

Once in the system, click on “Add Work Order” on the left side of the page to enter a new ticket.

When you're finished, be sure to close all browser windows to insure that you are logged off.
